Angiography (otherwise known as arteriography) is a medical imaging technique used to visualise the inside of blood vessels and organs of the body, with particular interest in the arteries, veins and heart chambers.

IR (interventional radiology) is a subdiscipline in radiology where imaging guidance is used to do diagnostic and therapeutic minimally-invasive surgical procedures.

Our IR team at Sunninghill Radiology is a highly skilled team of radiographers, anaesthetists, sisters and admin staff who provide a 24-hour service for emergency and elective procedures on adults and children.
